21-6621. Sentencing of certain persons to mandatory term of imprisonment of 40 years; juveniles prosecuted as adults. If the court authorizes prosecution as an adult of a juvenile pursuant to K.S.A. 38-2347, and amendments thereto, the county or district attorney may proceed pursuant to K.S.A. 2021 Supp. 21-6620, 21-6622, 21-6623, 21-6624 and 21-6625, and amendments thereto.
