§ 3-7-16.9. Class WB license.
(a) A retailer’s Class WB license authorizes the holder of the license to purchase from a licensed wholesaler a minimum of five hundred (500) gallons of wine, up to a maximum of two thousand (2,000) gallons of wine per year, for use in the wholesale manufacture of wine biscuits.
(b) This license is subject to all the provisions of this title and the wine purchased pursuant to this license may only be used for the wholesale manufacture of wine biscuits.
(c) Provided, that as a further condition of holding a license under this section, the holder of said license shall annually, no later than thirty (30) days after the expiration of the twelve-month (12) period after the date the license was acquired, provide the department of business regulation, on a form prescribed by the department, the actual amount of wine purchased during the reporting period. In addition to any other information the department may require, the form shall be signed and dated by the individual or representative of the entity whose name appears on the license, along with the name and address of the wholesaler(s) where the wine was purchased. The department shall promulgate any additional rules or regulations necessary to enforce the provisions of this section.
