(E) No person shall simultaneously serve as governor
and lieutenant governor, president of the Senate
or speaker of the House of Representatives, nor shall
any person simultaneously receive the compensations
of the office of governor and that of lieutenant governor,
president of the Senate, or speaker of the House
of Representatives.
