* § 55-c. Acceptability of certain high school diplomas. Whenever a
high school diploma is required by the state civil service department or
a municipal commission as a minimum requirement of any competitive
examination, a high school individualized education plan diploma which
was granted to a child with handicapping conditions may be accepted by
such department or commission in fulfillment of such diploma
requirement.
