Section 8-708 - Seventh Congressional District

(a)    The seventh congressional district consists of the following parts of Baltimore City:
        (1)    wards 4, 5, 9 through 11, 14 through 20, 22, and 28;
        (2)    ward 3, precinct 2;
        (3)    ward 6, precincts 2 through 4;
        (4)    ward 7, precincts 1 and 2;
        (5)    ward 8, precincts 3 through 7 and 10;
        (6)    ward 12, precincts 2 through 13;
        (7)    ward 13, precincts 6 through 11, and 13;
        (8)    ward 21, precincts 1, 2, and 5;
        (9)    ward 25, precincts 1, 2, 17, and 18;
        (10)    ward 27, precincts 12, 13, 15 through 36, and 52 through 61;
        (11)    that part of ward 3, precinct 1 that consists of census tract 301.00, blocks 1000 through 1023 and 2000 through 2027;
        (12)    that part of ward 6, precinct 1 that consists of census tract 602.00, blocks 3002 and 3003;
        (13)    that part of ward 6, precinct 5 that consists of census tract 603.00, blocks 2001 and 2002;
        (14)    that part of ward 7, precinct 3 that consists of the following:
            (i)    census tract 702.00, blocks 3001 through 3006, 4003 through 4005, 4012 through 4014, and 4017 through 4019; and
            (ii)    census tract 703.00, blocks 1000 through 1002 and 1008 through 1033;
        (15)    that part of ward 8, precinct 11 that consists of census tract 802.00, blocks 2001 through 2011, 2013, and 2014;
        (16)    that part of ward 21, precinct 4 that consists of census tract 2101.00, block 1003;
        (17)    that part of ward 23, precinct 2 that consists of census tract 2101.00, block 1000;
        (18)    that part of ward 25, precinct 3 that consists of census tract 2501.03, blocks 3008 and 3012 through 3014;
        (19)    that part of ward 27, precinct 5 that consists of the following:
            (i)    census tract 2704.02, block 3002; and
            (ii)    census tract 2706.00, block 2009;
        (20)    that part of ward 27, precinct 10 that consists of census tract 2705.01, blocks 1000, 1006 through 1016, 1020, 3000, and 3004 through 3007;
        (21)    that part of ward 27, precinct 11 that consists of census tract 2705.01, blocks 1001 through 1005, 2000 through 2008, 3003, and 4000 through 4006;
        (22)    that part of ward 27, precinct 14 that consists of the following:
            (i)    census tract 2706.00, blocks 1000, 1001, 1004, 1005, 1010, 1017, 1018, 2000 through 2008, 2010, 3000, 3001, 3022 through 3024, 4000 through 4011, 5000, 5001, and 5009; and
            (ii)    census tract 2707.02, blocks 2000 through 2003, 2012 through 2014, and 3000 through 3008;
        (23)    that part of ward 27, precinct 48 that consists of the following:
            (i)    census tract 1308.05, blocks 1001 through 1009 and 1012; and
            (ii)    census tract 1308.06, blocks 1022 through 1024;
        (24)    that part of ward 27, precinct 50 that consists of census tract 2719.00, blocks 1020, 1024, and 1025; and
        (25)    that part of ward 27, precinct 51 that consists of census tract 2717.00, block 1001.
    (b)    The district also includes the following parts of Baltimore County:
        (1)    election district 1, precincts 1 through 17;
        (2)    election district 2, precincts 1 through 18, 20, and 22 through 31;
        (3)    election district 3, precincts 1, 3, and 4;
        (4)    election district 4, precincts 1 and 12;
        (5)    election district 7, precincts 2 and 3;
        (6)    election district 8, precincts 1 through 3, 8 through 10, and 14 through 28;
        (7)    election district 9, precincts 6, 7, 10 through 13, 15, and 16;
        (8)    election district 10, precincts 1 and 3 through 7;
        (9)    election district 11, precincts 1 through 7, 12, 14, 17, 20, 22, 24, and 26;
        (10)    election district 15, precincts 6 through 9, 25, and 26;
        (11)    that part of election district 3, precinct 14 that consists of census tract 4037.02, block 1011;
        (12)    that part of election district 5, precinct 1 that consists of census tract 4050.00, blocks 1032, 1033, 1058, 1060 through 1063, 1068 through 1071, 2000 through 2004, 2006 through 2010, 2040, and 2042;
        (13)    that part of election district 9, precinct 14 that consists of census tract 4911.00, blocks 1000 through 1015, 2000 through 2002, 2004 through 2011, and 3000 through 3012;
        (14)    that part of election district 9, precinct 17 that consists of census tract 4912.02, blocks 1000 through 1002, 1011 through 1019, and 1021 through 1025; and
        (15)    that part of election district 13, precinct 1 that consists of census tract 4309.00, blocks 2003 and 2006.
    (c)    The district also includes the following parts of Howard County:
        (1)    election district 1, precinct 5;
        (2)    election district 2, precincts 1 through 3, 6 through 9, 12, 13, 15, 16, 18, 20, 21, and 23 through 25;
        (3)    that part of election district 1, precinct 4 that consists of census tract 6011.04, blocks 1010 through 1012, 1026 through 1030, 2000 through 2012, 2015, and 2016;
        (4)    that part of election district 1, precinct 10 that consists of census tract 6011.05, blocks 2001 through 2003 and 2011;
        (5)    that part of election district 1, precinct 11 that consists of census tract 6011.04, blocks 1002, 1003, and 1013;
        (6)    that part of election district 1, precinct 12 that consists of census tract 6011.05, block 2009;
        (7)    that part of election district 2, precinct 4 that consists of census tract 6023.02, blocks 1000, 1001, 1008, 1019, 1024, 2007 through 2017, 2020, 2021, 3003, 3005, and 4007; and
        (8)    that part of election district 2, precinct 14 that consists of the following:
            (i)    census tract 6023.05, blocks 1003 through 1005; and
            (ii)    census tract 6023.06, blocks 3004, 3007, 3008, and 3011.
