Section 8-705 - Fourth Congressional District

(a)    The fourth congressional district consists of the following parts of Anne Arundel County:
        (1)    election district 6, precincts 1, 2, 4 through 9, 11 through 18, 23 through 25, and 30;
        (2)    election district 7, precincts 1 through 13, 19, 21 through 23, 25, and 27;
        (3)    that part of election district 4, precinct 10 that consists of the following:
            (i)    census tract 7022.04, blocks 2014 and 2015;
            (ii)    census tract 7022.05, blocks 2000 through 2004, 2006, 2007, and 2021;
            (iii)    census tract 7406.03, block 1015; and
            (iv)    census tract 7407.04, blocks 3008 through 3035;
        (4)    that part of election district 6, precinct 3 that consists of the following:
            (i)    census tract 7025.00, blocks 1000, 1001, 1009, 1013, 2000, and 2002; and
            (ii)    census tract 7065.00, blocks 1000 through 1003, 1005, and 1010 through 1019;
        (5)    that part of election district 6, precinct 10 that consists of census tract 7025.00, blocks 1004 through 1008, 1014 through 1027, 3005 through 3007, 4011, and 4019 through 4024;
        (6)    that part of election district 6, precinct 26 that consists of census tract 7024.02, blocks 3000 through 3010, 4000 through 4005, and 4007 through 4015; and
        (7)    that part of election district 7, precinct 26 that consists of the following:
            (i)    census tract 7022.04, block 1011; and
            (ii)    census tract 7023.00, blocks 1006, 1007, 3003 through 3007, and 3019 through 3025.
    (b)    The district also includes the following parts of Montgomery County:
        (1)    election district 5, precincts 1, 2, 4, 8, 9, 12, 15, 17 through 19, 21, and 23;
        (2)    election district 13, precinct 60;
        (3)    that part of election district 5, precinct 3 that consists of census tract 7015.09, blocks 1000 through 1008, 1011 through 1021, 1024, 1026, 1027, 3006, and 3007;
        (4)    that part of election district 5, precinct 5 that consists of census tract 7015.09, blocks 3001, 3002, 3004, 3005, and 3011;
        (5)    that part of election district 5, precinct 11 that consists of census tract 7015.03, block 2001;
        (6)    that part of election district 5, precinct 13 that consists of the following:
            (i)    census tract 7014.25, blocks 1005 and 2000 through 2010;
            (ii)    census tract 7015.08, block 2000; and
            (iii)    census tract 7015.09, block 3000;
        (7)    that part of election district 5, precinct 16 that consists of the following:
            (i)    census tract 7014.07, blocks 1000 through 1018, 1020 through 1022, and 3000 through 3014; and
            (ii)    census tract 7015.07, blocks 1000 and 1001;
        (8)    that part of election district 5, precinct 22 that consists of the following:
            (i)    census tract 7015.03, blocks 1002, 1003, and 1011; and
            (ii)    census tract 7015.06, blocks 1000 through 1007, 3000 through 3010, and 3012 through 3021;
        (9)    that part of election district 8, precinct 2 that consists of the following:
            (i)    census tract 7013.15, block 2001;
            (ii)    census tract 7013.16, blocks 3000 and 4004 through 4006; and
            (iii)    census tract 7013.17, blocks 1000 through 1009, 3008, and 3011 through 3017;
        (10)    that part of election district 8, precinct 6 that consists of the following:
            (i)    census tract 7013.08, blocks 1005 and 1006; and
            (ii)    census tract 7013.16, blocks 1000 through 1012, 2000 through 2007, 2009 through 2013, 4007, 4010, and 4012;
        (11)    that part of election district 8, precinct 7 that consists of the following:
            (i)    census tract 7013.15, blocks 2000 and 2012 through 2015;
            (ii)    census tract 7013.16, blocks 3001 through 3017, 3019, 4000 through 4003, 4008, 4009, 4011, and 4013 through 4015; and
            (iii)    census tract 7013.17, blocks 2006 through 2015, 3000, 3006, 3009, and 3010;
        (12)    that part of election district 8, precinct 11 that consists of census tract 7013.15, blocks 1001, 2002, and 2003;
        (13)    that part of election district 13, precinct 20 that consists of census tract 7032.08, blocks 4000 through 4004; and
        (14)    that part of election district 13, precinct 61 that consists of census tract 7032.21, blocks 2009 and 2011.
    (c)    The district also includes the following parts of Prince George’s County:
        (1)    election districts 17 and 18;
        (2)    election district 2, precincts 1 through 5, 7 through 9, and 96 through 99;
        (3)    election district 3, precincts 4 through 7;
        (4)    election district 6, precincts 1 through 26, 28, 29, 98, and 99;
        (5)    election district 7, precincts 1, 9, 11 through 13, 15, and 18 through 24;
        (6)    election district 10, precincts 1 through 5, 7 through 12, and 14;
        (7)    election district 12, precincts 1 through 4, 6 through 9, 11 through 13, and 15 through 18;
        (8)    election district 13, precincts 1 through 20, 22 through 25, and 99;
        (9)    election district 14, precincts 6, 11, and 16;
        (10)    election district 15, precincts 2 and 5;
        (11)    election district 16, precincts 2, 4, 5, 98, and 99;
        (12)    election district 20, precincts 2, 3, 7, 12 through 15, 18, 97, and 99;
        (13)    election district 21, precincts 5, 14, and 99;
        (14)    that part of election district 1, precinct 3 that consists of the following:
            (i)    census tract 8073.04, blocks 1000, 1001, and 1011 through 1013;
            (ii)    census tract 8074.09, blocks 1000 and 1007 through 1010; and
            (iii)    census tract 8074.10, blocks 2000 through 2006;
        (15)    that part of election district 1, precinct 4 that consists of the following:
            (i)    census tract 8074.07, block 4000; and
            (ii)    census tract 8074.08, blocks 3000 and 3001;
        (16)    that part of election district 2, precinct 6 that consists of census tract 8038.03, blocks 2018, 2019, and 2025;
