Section 8-704 - Third Congressional District

(a)    The third congressional district consists of the following parts of Baltimore City:
        (1)    ward 12, precinct 1;
        (2)    ward 13, precincts 1 through 5 and 12;
        (3)    ward 27, precincts 37 through 47, 49, and 62 through 67;
        (4)    that part of ward 27, precinct 48 that consists of census tract 1308.06, block 1001;
        (5)    that part of ward 27, precinct 50 that consists of the following:
            (i)    census tract 2715.01, blocks 2003, 2004, and 2015 through 2019; and
            (ii)    census tract 2719.00, blocks 1000 through 1019, 1021 through 1023, 1026, 2000 through 2002, 2014, 2015, and 2019; and
        (6)    that part of ward 27, precinct 51 that consists of census tract 2717.00, block 1000.
    (b)    The district also includes the following parts of Baltimore County:
        (1)    election district 6;
        (2)    election district 2, precincts 19 and 21;
        (3)    election district 3, precincts 2 and 5 through 13;
        (4)    election district 4, precincts 2 through 11 and 13 through 15;
        (5)    election district 5, precinct 2;
        (6)    election district 7, precinct 1;
        (7)    election district 9, precincts 1 through 5 and 29;
        (8)    that part of election district 3, precinct 14 that consists of census tract 4037.02, blocks 1000 through 1010 and 1012 through 1014;
        (9)    that part of election district 5, precinct 1 that consists of census tract 4050.00, blocks 1000 through 1031, 1034 through 1054, 1056, 1057, 1059, 1064, 1065, 1072, 2005, 2011 through 2014, 2017, 2036 through 2039, and 2041; and
        (10)    that part of election district 9, precinct 14 that consists of census tract 4911.00, block 2003.
    (c)    The district also includes the following parts of Carroll County:
        (1)    election district 5, precincts 3 and 4;
        (2)    that part of election district 5, precinct 1 that consists of census tract 5052.08, blocks 1000, 1002, 1005 through 1008, 1010 through 1013, 2002, 2007, 2009 through 2012, 3001 through 3016, and 4003 through 4009;
        (3)    that part of election district 5, precinct 5 that consists of census tract 5052.07, blocks 2006, 2007, 2012, and 2013;
        (4)    that part of election district 5, precinct 6 that consists of census tract 5052.08, blocks 2003 through 2006, 2008, 3000, and 4000 through 4002; and
        (5)    that part of election district 13, precinct 1 that consists of census tract 5130.02, block 2025.
    (d)    The district also includes the following parts of Harford County:
        (1)    election districts 3, 4, and 5;
        (2)    election district 1, precincts 2, 7 through 9, 11 through 15, 17, 21, 22, and 25 through 27;
        (3)    election district 2, precincts 2, 4 through 7, 11, and 20 through 22; and
        (4)    election district 6, precinct 7.
    (e)    The district also includes the following parts of Howard County:
        (1)    election districts 3, 4, 5, and 6;
        (2)    election district 1, precincts 1 through 3, 6 through 9, and 13 through 21;
        (3)    election district 2, precincts 5, 10, 11, 17, 19, 22, and 26;
        (4)    that part of election district 1, precinct 4 that consists of census tract 6011.04, blocks 1007 and 1008;
        (5)    that part of election district 1, precinct 10 that consists of census tract 6011.05, blocks 1000, 1012, and 1016 through 1018;
        (6)    that part of election district 1, precinct 11 that consists of census tract 6011.04, blocks 1001, 1005, 1006, 1009, and 1014 through 1025;
        (7)    that part of election district 1, precinct 12 that consists of the following:
            (i)    census tract 6011.03, block 3007;
            (ii)    census tract 6011.05, blocks 2008 and 2010; and
            (iii)    census tract 6011.08, blocks 1000 and 1001;
        (8)    that part of election district 2, precinct 4 that consists of census tract 6023.02, blocks 1002 through 1007, 1009 through 1018, 1020 through 1023, and 2019; and
        (9)    that part of election district 2, precinct 14 that consists of census tract 6023.06, blocks 3009 and 3010.
    (f)    The district also includes the following parts of Montgomery County:
        (1)    election district 1, precinct 7;
        (2)    election district 8, precincts 1, 5, 9, 10, 14, and 15;
        (3)    election district 13, precincts 1, 2, 28, 33, 35, 49, 55, 56, and 63;
        (4)    that part of election district 1, precinct 1 that consists of the following:
            (i)    census tract 7001.01, blocks 3000, 3002, and 3003; and
            (ii)    census tract 7001.03, blocks 1000 through 1004, 1007, 1011 through 1014, 1016 through 1018, 1021 through 1024, 2001 through 2003, and 2010;
        (5)    that part of election district 5, precinct 16 that consists of census tract 7014.07, block 1019;
        (6)    that part of election district 8, precinct 2 that consists of census tract 7013.04, blocks 2010 through 2014, 2016, 3000 through 3014, 4003, 4005 through 4007, and 4010 through 4013;
        (7)    that part of election district 8, precinct 6 that consists of the following:
            (i)    census tract 7013.08, blocks 1000 through 1004 and 1007 through 1011; and
            (ii)    census tract 7013.16, blocks 2008 and 3018;
        (8)    that part of election district 8, precinct 7 that consists of census tract 7013.17, blocks 2000 through 2005;
        (9)    that part of election district 8, precinct 8 that consists of the following:
            (i)    census tract 7013.06, blocks 2001 through 2014; and
            (ii)    census tract 7013.08, blocks 2000 through 2008, 2010 through 2012, 2014 through 2019, 2021, and 2022;
        (10)    that part of election district 8, precinct 11 that consists of census tract 7013.15, blocks 1000, 1002 through 1010, and 2004 through 2011;
        (11)    that part of election district 8, precinct 12 that consists of the following:
            (i)    census tract 7013.06, blocks 1000 through 1009 and 2000;
            (ii)    census tract 7013.07, blocks 1005 through 1009 and 1014 through 1018; and
            (iii)    census tract 7013.12, blocks 1000 through 1012;
        (12)    that part of election district 12, precinct 1 that consists of the following:
            (i)    census tract 7002.04, blocks 1002, 1014, and 1016 through 1019;
            (ii)    census tract 7002.06, blocks 3000 through 3004 and 3011; and
            (iii)    census tract 7002.08, blocks 1000, 1005, and 2000 through 2008;
        (13)    that part of election district 12, precinct 2 that consists of census tract 7002.04, blocks 1001, 1006, and 1013;
        (14)    that part of election district 12, precinct 3 that consists of census tract 7002.06, blocks 3005, 3006, 3008, and 3015;
        (15)    that part of election district 13, precinct 20 that consists of the following:
            (i)    census tract 7032.07, blocks 1000, 1007, and 1019 through 1023; and
            (ii)    census tract 7032.08, blocks 2005, 3000 through 3013, and 4005 through 4009;
        (16)    that part of election district 13, precinct 30 that consists of the following:
            (i)    census tract 7034.04, blocks 1000 through 1011 and 2000 through 2008;
            (ii)    census tract 7037.01, blocks 2000 through 2021; and
            (iii)    census tract 7037.02, blocks 1000 through 1017;
        (17)    that part of election district 13, precinct 44 that consists of census tract 7032.07, blocks 1015, 1016, 2000, and 2001;
        (18)    that part of election district 13, precinct 61 that consists of the following:
            (i)    census tract 7032.19, block 1000;
            (ii)    census tract 7032.20, blocks 2000 through 2008 and 3000 through 3006;
            (iii)    census tract 7032.21, blocks 1001 through 1007, 2000 through 2008, 2010, and 3000 through 3010; and
            (iv)    census tract 7032.23, blocks 1007 through 1011; and
        (19)    that part of election district 13, precinct 64 that consists of the following:
            (i)    census tract 7032.13, blocks 1000 through 1004, 2000 through 2003, 3000, and 3001; and
            (ii)    census tract 7032.16, blocks 1006 and 1008.
