Section 8-706 - Fifth Congressional District

(a)    The fifth congressional district consists of the following counties:
        (1)    Calvert County;
        (2)    Charles County; and
        (3)    St. Mary’s County.
    (b)    The district also includes the following parts of Prince George’s County:
        (1)    election districts 4, 5, 8, 11, and 19;
        (2)    election district 1, precincts 1, 2, and 5 through 8;
        (3)    election district 3, precincts 1, 2, and 8;
        (4)    election district 7, precincts 2, 3, 5 through 8, 10, 14, 16, and 17;
        (5)    election district 9, precincts 1 through 12, 14, and 15;
        (6)    election district 10, precinct 6;
        (7)    election district 12, precinct 14;
        (8)    election district 14, precincts 1 through 5, 7, 8, 10, 12, 14, 15, and 17;
        (9)    election district 15, precincts 1, 3, 4, and 6;
        (10)    election district 20, precincts 1, 4, 5, 8 through 10, 16, 17, and 19 through 21;
        (11)    election district 21, precincts 1 through 4, 6 through 13, 15 through 19, 91, 92, and 94 through 98;
        (12)    that part of election district 1, precinct 3 that consists of the following:
            (i)    census tract 8074.09, blocks 2000 through 2002, 3002, and 3004 through 3006; and
            (ii)    census tract 8074.10, blocks 1001 and 1003 through 1005;
        (13)    that part of election district 1, precinct 4 that consists of the following:
            (i)    census tract 8002.12, blocks 2014 and 2020;
            (ii)    census tract 8074.04, blocks 1000 through 1012, 1015, 1016, 1018, 2023 through 2027, 2031, and 3000 through 3035;
            (iii)    census tract 8074.05, blocks 1007 and 1008;
            (iv)    census tract 8074.07, blocks 4004 and 4005; and
            (v)    census tract 8074.08, blocks 3002 through 3007, 3009 through 3033, and 3038 through 3043;
        (14)    that part of election district 2, precinct 6 that consists of the following:
            (i)    census tract 8036.13, blocks 1002, 1004, 1005, 1007 through 1009, and 1012 through 1017; and
            (ii)    census tract 8038.03, blocks 1000 through 1019, 2000 through 2005, 2007, 2016, and 2017;
        (15)    that part of election district 2, precinct 10 that consists of census tract 8038.03, block 2030;
        (16)    that part of election district 3, precinct 3 that consists of the following:
            (i)    census tract 8006.06, block 2008;
            (ii)    census tract 8006.07, block 1013; and
            (iii)    census tract 8006.08, blocks 2000 through 2051 and 2054 through 2057;
        (17)    that part of election district 6, precinct 27 that consists of census tract 8019.04, blocks 1036 and 1037;
        (18)    that part of election district 7, precinct 4 that consists of census tract 8005.04, blocks 2004 through 2006, 2008 through 2010, 2016 through 2030, and 3000 through 3024;
        (19)    that part of election district 9, precinct 13 that consists of census tract 8012.12, blocks 1000 through 1010, 2000, 2002 through 2016, 2018, 2019, and 2024 through 2028;
        (20)    that part of election district 10, precinct 13 that consists of the following:
            (i)    census tract 8002.12, blocks 2002 through 2013 and 2015 through 2019; and
            (ii)    census tract 8074.08, blocks 3008 and 3034 through 3037;
        (21)    that part of election district 12, precinct 5 that consists of census tract 8014.11, blocks 1000 through 1005, 1007, and 1008;
        (22)    that part of election district 12, precinct 10 that consists of the following:
            (i)    census tract 8014.04, blocks 1030 through 1036;
            (ii)    census tract 8014.10, blocks 2004, 2005, 2014 through 2018, 2023, and 2024; and
            (iii)    census tract 8014.11, blocks 2000 through 2006;
        (23)    that part of election district 13, precinct 21 that consists of census tract 8036.08, block 2012;
        (24)    that part of election district 14, precinct 9 that consists of census tract 8004.10, blocks 1000 through 1012, 1014, 2016 through 2019, 2022 through 2027, 2029, 2031 through 2033, 2035 through 2038, 3005 through 3008, 3011 through 3018, 4000 through 4002, 4004, 4006 through 4011, 4013, 4015, and 4017 through 4020;
        (25)    that part of election district 14, precinct 13 that consists of the following:
            (i)    census tract 8004.03, blocks 1000, 1002, 1004, 1010, 1013, and 1020; and
            (ii)    census tract 8004.10, blocks 2007, 2013, 2015, 2020, 2028, 2034, 2039, and 2040;
        (26)    that part of election district 16, precinct 1 that consists of census tract 8065.01, block 1038;
        (27)    that part of election district 16, precinct 3 that consists of the following:
            (i)    census tract 8060.00, block 1010;
            (ii)    census tract 8061.00, blocks 1000 through 1002, 1005 through 1007, 1012 through 1027, 2000 through 2004, and 2016 through 2024; and
            (iii)    census tract 8075.00, blocks 1002 through 1033, 2000 through 2003, 2005, 3017 through 3033, and 3050;
        (28)    that part of election district 20, precinct 6 that consists of census tract 8036.10, blocks 1000 through 1023, 1027, and 2000 through 2008;
        (29)    that part of election district 20, precinct 11 that consists of census tract 8036.08, blocks 1020 through 1025, 2000 through 2005, 2007 through 2010, 2013, and 3011 through 3016; and
        (30)    that part of election district 20, precinct 98 that consists of census tract 8036.08, blocks 2006 and 2011.
