Section 8-702 - First Congressional District

(a)    The first congressional district consists of the following counties:
        (1)    Caroline County;
        (2)    Cecil County;
        (3)    Dorchester County;
        (4)    Kent County;
        (5)    Queen Anne’s County;
        (6)    Somerset County;
        (7)    Talbot County;
        (8)    Wicomico County; and
        (9)    Worcester County.
    (b)    The district also includes the following parts of Anne Arundel County:
        (1)    election district 1, precinct 99;
        (2)    election district 2, precincts 2, 13 through 15, and 17 through 20;
        (3)    election district 3, precinct 25;
        (4)    election district 4, precincts 1, 3, 5, 6, 8, 9, 11, 12, 14 through 25, and 99;
        (5)    election district 5, precincts 1 through 8, 11 through 13, 15 through 30, 32, 33, and 35;
        (6)    election district 6, precincts 19 through 22, 27 through 29, 31, and 32;
        (7)    election district 7, precincts 14 through 18, 20, and 24;
        (8)    that part of election district 1, precinct 23 that consists of census tract 7405.02, blocks 3000 through 3004;
        (9)    that part of election district 1, precinct 26 that consists of census tract 7403.05, block 3001;
        (10)    that part of election district 2, precinct 11 that consists of census tract 7304.04, blocks 1017 through 1021;
        (11)    that part of election district 2, precinct 21 that consists of the following:
            (i)    census tract 7305.10, block 2012;
            (ii)    census tract 7305.13, block 2008; and
            (iii)    census tract 7305.14, blocks 2004 and 2005;
        (12)    that part of election district 3, precinct 5 that consists of census tract 7306.03, block 1001;
        (13)    that part of election district 3, precinct 6 that consists of census tract 7302.04, blocks 1000 through 1003, 1013, 1014, and 4000;
        (14)    that part of election district 3, precinct 8 that consists of the following:
            (i)    census tract 7302.04, blocks 1006 through 1012, 2000, and 2001; and
            (ii)    census tract 7302.06, blocks 1002 through 1011 and 1014 through 1030;
        (15)    that part of election district 4, precinct 2 that consists of census tract 7403.04, blocks 2000 through 2008, 2010, 2011, 3000 through 3002, 3015, 3017 through 3020, 3035, 3037, and 3038;
        (16)    that part of election district 4, precinct 4 that consists of the following:
            (i)    census tract 7408.00, blocks 1005, 1006, 1015 through 1020, 1023, 1025, 1028, 2000 through 2006, 2014 through 2017, 2019, 2020, and 2022; and
            (ii)    census tract 7517.00, blocks 1000 through 1011 and 1017 through 1019;
        (17)    that part of election district 4, precinct 7 that consists of census tract 7403.05, blocks 1001 through 1010;
        (18)    that part of election district 4, precinct 10 that consists of census tract 7022.05, blocks 2005 and 2008;
        (19)    that part of election district 4, precinct 13 that consists of the following:
            (i)    census tract 7403.04, blocks 2013 through 2015; and
            (ii)    census tract 7410.00, block 1008;
        (20)    that part of election district 4, precinct 26 that consists of the following:
            (i)    census tract 7403.03, block 2028;
            (ii)    census tract 7403.04, blocks 3003 through 3014, 3016, 3022 through 3026, 3031 through 3034, and 3036; and
            (iii)    census tract 7406.03, block 2069;
        (21)    that part of election district 5, precinct 14 that consists of census tract 7312.01, blocks 2001 through 2015, 3000 through 3002, 4015, and 4016;
        (22)    that part of election district 6, precinct 3 that consists of the following:
            (i)    census tract 7025.00, blocks 1002 and 1003; and
            (ii)    census tract 7065.00, blocks 1008 and 1009;
        (23)    that part of election district 6, precinct 10 that consists of the following:
            (i)    census tract 7024.02, blocks 2000 through 2005 and 2012 through 2017;
            (ii)    census tract 7027.04, blocks 1012 through 1015;
            (iii)    census tract 7065.00, blocks 1004, 1006, and 1007; and
            (iv)    census tract 7066.00, blocks 3000 and 3003;
        (24)    that part of election district 6, precinct 26 that consists of census tract 7024.02, block 4006; and
        (25)    that part of election district 7, precinct 26 that consists of census tract 7022.04, blocks 1001 through 1010 and 1012.
    (c)    The district also includes the following parts of Harford County:
        (1)    election district 1, precincts 1, 3 through 6, 10, 16, 18 through 20, 23, 24, 41, and 45;
        (2)    election district 2, precincts 1, 3, 10, 14, 15, and 19; and
        (3)    election district 6, precincts 1 through 6.
