21-6811d. Calculating an offender's criminal history; severability. If the amendments made to K.S.A. 2021 Supp. 21-6811, 21-6820 and 22-3504 are, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the amendments made to K.S.A. 2021 Supp. 21-6811, 21-6820 and 22-3504 that can be given effect without the invalid provision or provisions or application, and to this end the amendments made to K.S.A. 2021 Supp. 21-6811, 21-6820 and 22-3504 are severable.
