The county of Ness is bounded as follows: Commencing at a point where the third standard parallel intersects the east line of range twenty-one west; thence south along range line to its intersection with the fourth standard parallel; thence west along fourth standard parallel, to where it intersects the east line of range twenty-seven west; thence north along range line, to its intersection with third standard parallel; thence east, to place of beginning.
