The county of Greenwood is bounded as follows: Commencing at the southeast corner of Lyon county; thence south six and one-half townships; thence west thirty-one miles, to the center of range eight east; thence north, to the south line of Chase county; thence east on the south line of Chase county, to the southeast corner thereof; thence north on east line of Chase county, to the south line of township twenty-one south; thence east, to the place of beginning.
