125.3 Substance abuse program established.
The Iowa department of public health shall develop, implement, and administer a comprehensive substance abuse program pursuant to sections 125.1 and 125.2, this section, and sections 125.7, 125.9, 125.10, 125.12 through 125.21, 125.25, 125.32 through 125.34, and 125.37 through 125.43.
