§804-35 Bond protecting others. If, from the nature of the evidence offered or from the demeanor of the prisoner, the district judge has reason to believe that the prisoner intends an offense against the person or property of any person who cannot be designated, the district judge may order the bond to be conditioned that the prisoner will commit no offense against the person or property of anyone.
