§377-12 Strike notice. Where the exercise of the right to strike by employees of any employer engaged in the State in the production, harvesting, or initial processing of any farm, agricultural, or dairy product produced in the State would tend to cause the destruction or serious deterioration of the product, such employees shall give to the board at least ten days' notice of their intention to strike, and the board shall immediately advise the employer of the notice.
