§ 140. Enforcement of violations relating to child performers, child
models, street trades, and newspaper carriers. The commissioner is
hereby authorized and empowered to prosecute violations of section 35.01
of the arts and cultural affairs law, relating to child performers,
section 35.05 of the arts and cultural affairs law, relating to child
models, section thirty-two hundred twenty-seven of the education law,
relating to street trades, and section thirty-two hundred twenty-eight
of the education law, relating to newspaper carriers.
