ยง 105. Power of justices of appellate division in first department to
appoint typists. The justices of the appellate division of the supreme
court in the first department, or a majority of them, may appoint, and
at pleasure remove, one or more typists, as shall be necessary, for the
appellate term, or for the special and trial terms of the supreme court
in the first judicial district.
