ยง 103. Power of justices of appellate division in first department to
designate supreme court jury clerk. The justices of the appellate
division of the supreme court in the first department, or a majority of
them, shall designate and at pleasure revoke such designation and make a
new designation of two of the special deputy clerks appointed pursuant
to section one hundred and two and assigned to a trial term, one of whom
shall be supreme court jury clerk for the county of New York and one of
whom shall be supreme court jury clerk for the county of the Bronx.
