Repeals. — Laws 1989, ch. 4, § 1 repealed 74-4-3.2 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1987, ch. 179, § 2, relating to application of Hazardous Waste Act to the waste isolation pilot plant, effective February 23, 1989.
