Chapter 607 - Labor Commissioner
NRS 607.220 - Complaint by Labor Commissioner; prosecution by Attorney General.

Upon the complaint of the Labor Commissioner, the Attorney General shall prosecute all criminal violations of law that are reported to the Attorney General by the Labor Commissioner.
