Multiple attendance centers for same grade level, board to have policy for transfer of students. — The school board of each school district with multiple attendance centers containing the same grade levels shall, no later than July 1, 2004, develop, and make available to the public, a policy regarding the transfer of that school district's students to other schools within the district.
