Article 5 - Electric Power Associations
§ 77-5-227. Certificate of membership; voting

A corporation may issue to its members certificates of membership in such form as the bylaws may prescribe. Each member shall be entitled to only one (1) vote on each matter submitted to a vote at the meetings of the members of the corporation, but voting by proxy, by mail or electronically may be provided for in the bylaws.
