Sec. 133.
The department may examine test results and inspect dairy farms as frequently as the department determines necessary to assure compliance with this act. Upon receipt of a written request from a person who purchases milk produced at a dairy farm subject to this act, the department shall provide that person with a copy of the department's inspection reports for the dairy farm.
