§2220. Rulemaking
The superintendent may adopt rules to carry out the purposes of this chapter and the privacy protection provisions of the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, 15 United States Code, Section 6801 et seq. (1999). Rules adopted pursuant to this chapter are routine technical rules as defined by Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter II‑A. [PL 2001, c. 262, Pt. C, §3 (AMD).]
