    §52D-11 Reports by common carriers and court clerks. All property held by common carriers, subject to section 490:7-308, and by clerks of the court, subject to section 606-4, shall be reported by the common carriers or clerks of the court, in June and December of each year, to the chief of police of the county in which the property is held.
