§ 53-7-71. Return of Nonresident or Deceased Personal Representative

History. Code 1981, § 53-7-71 , enacted by Ga. L. 1996, p. 504, § 10; Ga. L. 2020, p. 377, § 1-52/HB 865.
The 2020 amendment, effective January 1, 2021, in subsection (b), inserted “personal” preceding the second instance of “representative”, inserted “personal representative of the estate of the deceased personal”, substituted “surety” for “security”, substituted “such” for “the” preceding “deceased”, and inserted the last instance of “deceased”.
