The 2020 amendment, effective January 1, 2021, in subsection (c), inserted “for the granting of powers to a personal representative” at the end of the first sentence, and, in the last sentence, substituted “that relieves” for “which relieves” and substituted “heirs or beneficiaries” for “beneficiaries” at the end.
