This article shall be known and may be cited as the “Georgia Occupational Therapy Practice Act.”

The 2019 amendment, effective July 1, 2019, substituted “‘Georgia Occupational Therapy Practice Act’” for “‘Georgia State Occupational Therapy Licensing Act’” in this Code section.
The 2021 amendment, effective July 1, 2021, substituted “This article” for “This chapter” at the beginning of this Code section.
