No person shall be eligible for licensure under this article unless such person furnishes satisfactory evidence to the board of all of the following:

The 2021 amendment, effective July 1, 2021, substituted “this article” for “this chapter” in the introductory paragraph; deleted “and” at the end of paragraph (3); substituted “; and” for a period at the end of paragraph (4); and added paragraph (5).
The 2022 amendment, effective July 1, 2022, rewrote paragraph (4), which read: “Having furnished at least two personal references from supervisors, teachers, or any combination thereof; and”.
