§ 43-10A-17. Denial or Revocation of License; Other Discipline; Fitness of Licensee; Voluntary Surrender of License

The 2021 amendment, effective July 1, 2021, substituted “this article” for “this chapter” near the beginning of paragraph (a)(1), at the end of the first and third sentence in paragraph (h)(1), in paragraph (h)(3), in the first sentence in subsection (i), and in subsection (n).
The 2022 amendment, effective July 1, 2022, in paragraph (a)(1), substituted “the applicant meets” for “he meets” near the middle and substituted “the applicant so” for “he so” near the end; in the first sentence of paragraph (a)(5), substituted “Had a license” for “Had his license” at the beginning, and “been the subject of other disciplinary action” for “had other disciplinary action taken against him” near the middle; in subparagraphs (a)(10)(A) and (a)(10)(B), substituted “performance of such licensee’s duties” for “performance of his or her duties”; in paragraph (h)(1), substituted “the division director or” for “he or she or” in the first sentence and substituted “the division director’s” for “his or her” in the last sentence; substituted “in the capacity” for “in his or her capacity” in paragraph (h)(3); and, substituted “the applicant or licensee so requests” for “he so requests” at the end of subsection (j).
