[ Editor's note: This version of this section is effective until March 1, 2022. ] Any person, company, corporation, society, association, or organization of any kind doing business in this state, as well as its agents, attorneys, servants, or associates, found guilty of violating section 8-2-104 or any part thereof, is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than two thousand dollars or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than one year, or by both such fine and imprisonment, where the defendants are natural persons.
