94944.5. Each institution subject to this chapter shall be deemed to have authorized its accrediting agency to provide the bureau, the Attorney General, any district attorney, city attorney, or the Student Aid Commission, within 30 days of written notice, copies of all documents and other material concerning the institution that are maintained by the accrediting agency.
