94933.5. As much as is practicable, the bureau shall seek to resolve instances of noncompliance, including the use of alternative dispute resolution procedures in Article 5 (commencing with Section 11420.10) of Chapter 4.5 of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code.
