94940. As consequence of an adverse administrative action against an institution, the institution may request a hearing pursuant to Article 10 (commencing with Section 11445.10) of Chapter 4.5 or Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 11500) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code.
