Article 3. Sales by Commissioner
§60-3-23. Conduct of Purchasers Upon Premises of State Store

A person, while on the premises of a state store or agency, shall not:
(1) Break the seal upon any package of alcoholic liquors;
(2) Consume alcoholic liquor;
(3) Loiter.
