12-27-21. Contributions from public entities--Prohibition--Violation as misdemeanor.
No candidate or political committee may accept any contribution from any state, state agency, political subdivision of the state, foreign government, federal agency, or the federal government. A violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor. A subsequent offense within a calendar year is a Class 1 misdemeanor.
