1-14-3. Duties of commissioner--Oath of office.
The commissioner of administration, under the general direction and control of the Governor, shall execute the powers and discharge the duties vested by law in the Bureau of Administration. The commissioner shall qualify by taking and filing with the secretary of state the constitutional oath of office.
