1-14-14.1. Contracts between bureau and political subdivisions--Appropriation of funds.
Every political subdivision of this state may contract with the Bureau of Administration pursuant to this chapter for the performances of all public services and functions empowered by law for such subdivision. Each political subdivision may appropriate funds for contracts pursuant to this section.
