Chapter 3 - State Prison System
Section 24-3-730. Neglecting or refusing aid; fine.

If any person, when so required by the Director of the Department of Corrections, shall neglect or refuse to give such aid and assistance, he shall pay a fine not exceeding fifty dollars.
