§69-1698.393. Lt. Shirley Lanning Memorial Highway.

The section of State Highway 3 beginning at the intersection of Morgan Road extending northwesterly to the intersection of Sara Road in Canadian County shall be designated as the "Lt. Shirley Lanning Memorial Highway". The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway.
