ยง 4117. Payment of cost of education of physically handicapped Indian
children. Any claims for providing home-teaching, transportation,
scholarships in non-residence schools, tuition and maintenance for
physically handicapped children which are, ultimately or in the first
instance, made a charge against a county or a city having a special
children's court act, pursuant to the provisions of article eighty-nine
of this chapter, shall, if such home-teaching, transportation,
scholarships, tuition and maintenance shall be provided for physically
handicapped Indian children, be paid by the education department out of
moneys appropriated therefor.
