ยง 407. Deputy sheriff must attend court as notified. Each constable or
deputy sheriff, seasonably notified, as prescribed in section four
hundred and three of this chapter, must attend the term accordingly; and
for each day's neglect he may be fined by the court, at the term at
which he was notified to attend, a sum not exceeding five dollars.
