406 - Sheriff, Deputy or Constable Must Act as Crier When Directed by Court.

ยง 406. Sheriff, deputy or constable must act as crier when directed by
court. A sheriff, deputy sheriff, or constable, attending a term of a
court of record, must, when required by the court, act as crier therein;
and he is not entitled to any additional compensation for that service.
