On August 15, 1964, and at intervals of four years thereafter, the
Commissioner of Environmental Conservation shall evaluate the role of
the Great Lakes Commission with respect to the interests of this state
in the Great Lakes, and shall report to the commission thereon. The
Commissioner of Environmental Conservation shall transmit a copy of such
report to the Governor. The Commissioner of Environmental Conservation
may make such additional reports to the Great Lakes Commission and the
Governor as he deems appropriate.
