Chapter 125C - Custody and Visitation
NRS 125C.0669 - Grant of limited contact.

On the motion of a deploying parent and in accordance with the laws of this State other than NRS 125C.0601 to 125C.0693, inclusive, a court shall grant limited contact with a child to a nonparent who is either a family member of the child or a person with whom the child has a close and substantial relationship, unless the court finds that the contact would be contrary to the best interest of the child.
