50-74-214. Engineer to assist in inspection. It is the duty of the engineer operating any boiler or boilers to assist the inspectors in their examination of the boilers and point out any defects known to the engineer in the boilers or machinery under the engineer's charge. If an engineer does not comply with this section, the engineer's license must be revoked or suspended.
