Jubilee of Liberty replica medal for D-Day veterans, general assembly to appropriate for. — The general assembly shall appropriate moneys to cover the cost of providing every eligible Missouri World War II veteran of the June 6, 1944, D-Day invasion of Europe with a replica of the fiftieth anniversary Jubilee of Liberty medal issued by France in 1994.
