Sections 188.010 to 188.085 not to be deemed exclusive of other regulations or remedies. — Nothing in sections 188.010 to 188.085 shall be construed to exempt any person, firm, or corporation from civil liability for medical malpractice for negligent acts or certification under sections 188.010 to 188.085.
