Section 552.649 - Conditional Effective Date.

Sec. 49.
This act shall not take effect unless the following bills of the 81st Legislature are enacted into law:
(a) House Bill No. 4870.
(b) House Bill No. 4873.
(c) House Bill No. 5257.
