Sec. 130.
Public safety officers or police officers of a community college to whom the powers and authority of a peace or law enforcement officer are granted under section 1 shall meet the minimum standards of the Michigan law enforcement officers training council act of 1965, 1965 PA 203, MCL 28.601 to 28.616.
